Little Brown, the publishers of the new expanded edition of ‘Cathy’ by John Carder Bush, have released this video of John discussing the photos and the special edition of the book. We’ve seen an advance copy and it is gorgeous, matching the quality and tactile delight of the original 1986 publication, with many beautiful new photographs included. I received my limited edition book on saturday, I have glanced through it and it is certainly an extraordinary body of work. The packaging of the book is quite simply sensational and the photographs are presented in such a beautiful way. Now I just need to wait patiently for the big bound book my other half ordered for my Christmas present, I can’t remember what it’s called but it looked sensational in the gallery we visited in london when down for the BFD gig. What a KATE year this is turning out to be!
