We have had a week of the most unbelievable reviews for this album but what really matters to us is what you all think about it… One good word from all of you who have been with us for years is worth a thousand reviews… It’s so important to us..

It took me more than 2 times before I started to enjoy the album. I liked only 3 tracks at the very beginning, apart from Wild Man I loved Snowflakes, 50 Words for Snow and Misty. AFter a few more times I listened to the album I was blown away by how beautiful the whole arrangements and productions are and the more I listened the more I LOVED IT.

Yesterday Among Angels became the last track that could not find a place in my preferences but it clicked at the end and now I cannot stop singing in my head, it reminds me of the continuation of A Coral Room, which is one of my all times Kate Bush tracks that I love. Among Angels is no exception.

I love all the tracks on the albums and all gave me different emotions, Snowflakes can be considered like a story of a snowflake that a teacher can tell to small chldren, what a fantastic song and I adore Berite’s voice there.

I am not afraid to make a mistake when I say this album IS in my top 3 together with Aerial and Hounds Of Love…. I will recommend it to everyone and I think Kate Bush should be really proud to have topped another incredible production.

VERY WELL DONE KATE AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS LOVELY SECOND CHRISTMAS GIFT …

Looking forward to it very much. I don’t really pay much attention to the reviews, and have avoided the streams. A Kate album is always a special event and it’s not often one gets to listen to one for the first time. Tomorrow afternoon is the date – can’t wait.

  3. Its a beautiful, wonderful, lush album….thank you so much you have done it again xx

Stll think Misty is overlong and the best songs leave you wanting more,For me the best is the incredibly atmospheric Lake Tahoe which has such depth and reveals more and more with each listen and builds without going over the top which Snowed in on Wheeler Street is unfortunately guilty of. Among Angels is my other favourite ,fleeting, restrained ,moving and the more beautiful for that.

  5. This song is so INCREDIBLY beautiful… I cannot believe it exists.

Thank you for this song, Kate and the Snow Crew. Means a lot to a little snowflake like me.

I am totally overwhelmed… to be fair, I did not expect it from Kate.
For me it is one of her best work (till this album I was sure her best was done at the beginning of eighties, I am sorry, I am not a fan of Hounds).
I have never visited fan pages before but I cannot help commenting this time :)))

I actually like Misty and Angels the best. I’ve been calling this “Kate Unplugged” because of the predominance of voice and piano.

What can I say. My love affair with the music of Kate Bush continues to go strong after 25 years. This album is perfect and that is my unbiased opinion. Kate’s music has got me thru many dark times from the age of ten till now.

A huge thank you to Kate and her friends who help bring her visions to life.

    One very happy fan indeed.

Gone in for yet another listen, and I’m liking it more and more. That says alot, because I was enchanted the first time. This isn’t really a “pop” album: it’s more like a series of stories set to music. I think some listeners will take time to adjust, because the typical boundaries associated with pop (including length) are gone, while some are there. (Hello, Elton John!) It’s not the disposible 3 minutes that pop has become.

Del, I wouldn’t want to sail on any other ship.

The song sounds like an Angel wrote it.

As someone who has yet to really let Aerial in (it’s only been six years so plenty of time yet!) I was a bit daunted by the thought of another spacey, laid back album from Kate, but this just keeps getting better each time I play it! It’s like Aerial’s dark sister. For those of who prefer the long, dark nights, over the long, summer days!

It’s too soon to pic a favourite. Initially Lake Tahoe and Snowed In At Wheeler Street stuck out, then Snowflake, and now Misty, with hints of 50 Words For Snow… and the return of Wild Man! Among Angels – there’s just the one and she is more than enough for all of us!!
